We use Australia Post’s Express Post service to deliver your parcel. When your parcel has been dispatched you’ll receive an email that includes a unique tracking code so you can find out where your parcel is at any time.

Orders to New Zealand & International
We use Australia Post’s registered service to deliver your parcel. Shipping to New Zealand and other international locations is $26 – $46 express post.

Returns & Money back guarantee
We believe in the formula so much that if you aren’t satisfied, we will give you your money back. To process a return, contact us at hello@alcovit.me and simply provide us with where you bought the product, a copy of the purchase of the receipt or proof of purchase, what you think was wrong with the product and why you think it didn’t work within 30 days of purchase.
This is limited to one money back guarantee per customer. If you purchase from a retailer that stocks Alcovit, the money back guarantee can only be redeemed through this email process.
You can return your order within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and the product can not be opened or damaged.
